Lauren and Zach are finally connected!

I promised Lauren that once we got settled in Portugal, we would create a blog to share our adventures and discoveries with family and friends.  Although the past week has been full of new experiences, some fun, some frustrating..I think this blog project may get the best of me. So, rather than trying to create some impossibly artistic/innovate/unique blog, we're just going to stick to the basics and write about what we're doing, and hopeful figure out how to add pictures to the posts!
